This website provides information about the legal consulting services offered by Ozdogan Legal Consulting and allows visitors to contact us. The information published on this website is of a general nature and does not constitute legal advice for any specific case. No lawyer–client relationship is created by browsing this website or by sending an enquiry; such a relationship arises only once an engagement has been expressly agreed in writing.
3. Terms of use
By accessing this website you agree to use it in accordance with the law, good faith and these terms. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, or in a way that damages the rights or interests of third parties or that may harm, disable or overload the website.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this website (texts, images, logo, design and source code) is owned by the website owner or used under licence, and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual-property law. Reproduction, distribution or public communication of any content without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for private use permitted by law.

The website owner takes reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions, particularly given that immigration, tax and corporate regulations change frequently. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute relating to this website shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to consumers.
9. Consultation bookings
Consultations are booked through our online calendar (Calendly). The price, duration and format are shown in the calendar before you book; prices for consumers include VAT.
- Payment: by card, through the secure Stripe payment link shown on the booking page, or by bank transfer on request (we send the bank details by e-mail). Your appointment is confirmed once the payment has been received. Refunds are made by the same payment method.
- Deduction: if you engage us for the matter discussed, the consultation fee is deducted from the fixed fee agreed for that work.
- Rescheduling and cancellation: you may reschedule, or cancel with a full refund, up to 24 hours before the appointment.
- Right of withdrawal (consumers): you have 14 calendar days from booking to withdraw (Articles 102–104 of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If you ask for the consultation to take place within that period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the consultation has been fully provided (Article 103(a)).
- Scope: the consultation gives guidance on the situation you describe. Any further work (preparing or filing applications, drafting documents, representation) is agreed separately in writing, with a fixed fee, before it starts.
